  1. Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable.
  2. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the rules will result in the immediate disqualification of all people involved.
  3. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. Prizes will reach the winner within 30 working days after the draw.
  5. Payment will be done by electronic transfer into an account in the name of the winner.
  6. By entering the competition you will be subscribed to Digital Planet's weekly newsletter base, in which you can unsubscribe at any time.
  7. Subscription to Digital Planets weekly newsletter base means you will receive a regular marketing email from Digital Planet.
  8. By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by Digital Planet, participants further agree to be bound by our internet terms and conditions which are set out on www.digitalplanet.co.za
  9. The winner agrees to co-operate with the company in participating in any public relations exposure. At the discretion of Digital Planet, winners may be transported to the offices of Digital Planet for handover of the prizewinning cheque. All transport arrangements will be made by Digital Planet and Digital Planet will use suppliers of their choice.
  10. Winners will have to verify identities, in person, by presenting a valid South African identity document or valid driver’s license.
  11. The competition is only open to South African citizens and proof of citizenship will need to be presented by way of either a valid South African identity document of valid driver’s licence.
  12. A confirmed payment from Digital Planet’s bank into the specified account is considered full and final settlement of the prize.
  13. You may enter the competition as many times as you want to but you may not use any automated system to enter the competition.
  14. You will not enter people’s names in the referral who you know to have expressed not wanting to receive the competition email.
  15. You will only enter email addresses that you know to be valid for your referrals.
  16. The competition ends Wednesday 31st October 2007.
  17. The draw will take place within 2 weeks after the competition closes.
